Does Evolve Edge guarantee compliance?
No. Evolve Edge helps organizations improve readiness, identify gaps, and build executive roadmaps, but it does not guarantee certification, audit outcomes, or regulatory approval.
What is included in SOC 2 Readiness?
Every plan includes the SOC 2 Readiness Dashboard — a live 0–100 score across all five Trust Services Criteria (Security, Availability, Confidentiality, Processing Integrity, Privacy). It pulls from your real control assessments and evidence library data, surfaces critical gaps, and shows estimated weeks to audit-ready.
What is TrustLedger AI?
TrustLedger AI is the vendor risk and shadow AI detection module on Scale and Enterprise plans. It maintains a living registry of every AI tool your organization uses — scored, governed, and auditable — with AI-powered risk analysis that flags shadow AI and unapproved tools. Patent Pending.
What does Smart Contract Audit cover?
Smart Contract Audit uses Anthropic Claude to analyze Solidity contracts against the SWC Registry. It detects reentrancy attacks, integer overflow, oracle manipulation, flash loan vulnerabilities, and more — and produces a structured audit report with remediation guidance. Available on Scale and Enterprise plans.
Who is this best for?
High-trust teams that handle sensitive data, face customer or investor diligence, need SOC 2 readiness visibility, or need AI governance before scaling. Also ideal for blockchain and DeFi teams needing smart contract security analysis.
Why are monthly and annual pricing options shown?
Evolve Edge is sold as a premium recurring service. Starter and Scale surface monthly and annual subscription options. Enterprise stays custom and sales-led.
What is the EU AI Act deadline?
The EU AI Act's prohibited practices rules applied from February 2025. High-risk AI system obligations — including Articles 9 through 14 covering risk management, data governance, technical documentation, logging, transparency, and human oversight — apply from August 2, 2026. Evolve Edge's EU AI Act module tracks your compliance posture with a live countdown and gap analysis across all six article groups.
What happens after onboarding?
Customers move into a recurring operating rhythm: fresh assessments, live SOC 2 readiness tracking, executive reporting, remediation guidance, and broader governance expansion depending on their goals.
Who sees my data?
Your intake responses and assessment data are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM field-level encryption and in transit via TLS 1.3. Only your organization's team members can access your reports and findings. Evolve Edge staff access is limited to platform operations and is logged in an immutable audit trail. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for full details.
Can I export my report?
Yes. Every report is exportable as a print-ready PDF from the dashboard at any time. Scale and Enterprise plans also include the Board Brief — a one-page executive summary formatted for trustee or board presentation. All prior report versions are preserved for audit traceability.
Is Evolve Edge SOC 2 certified?
Evolve Edge is currently pre-revenue and pursuing SOC 2 Type II certification as a near-term milestone. In the interim, the platform is built to SOC 2 standards — AES-256-GCM field encryption, immutable audit logging, role-based access controls, and a full security audit on file. We are transparent about where we are in this journey.
What is your delivery SLA?
AI Risk Snapshots are delivered within 48 business hours of completed intake submission. Ongoing plan reports follow the same 48-hour SLA from workflow dispatch. If a report is delayed beyond this window, your account team will notify you proactively. Enterprise plans include priority SLA support with a dedicated account contact.
What is your uptime commitment?
The Evolve Edge platform targets 99.9% monthly uptime. The platform is hosted on Vercel's global edge infrastructure with automatic failover. Status and incident history are available on our trust page. Enterprise plans include enhanced SLA commitments documented in the service agreement.
